OK, here is my recipe for a coconut blueberry cake:

dough:

150g flour
75g sugar
75g butter
(1 tablespoon backing powder)
1 egg
mix everything and press onto bottom of a springform pan

filling:

3 tbsp. oil
75 – 150g sugar (depending on how sweet your like it)
2 tsp. lemon juice
(mix everything and then add)
50 ml coconut milk (or milk)
40 g coconut flakes
2 eggs
(mix everything and then add)
300 – 400 g Quark (in German. It says curd or curd cheese in my dictionary. But I think it is something like greek style yoghourt in the UK.)
100 – 300 g blueberries
(mix everything and then add)
100 g flour or 50 g (not sure…) starch

bake at 175-190 °C for about 90 min.
